This auction is for 37 +/- acres of land with highway frontage (approx. 1864') and water front on Shell Creek (approx. 744') just off the Alabama River. Located in Catherine, AL (just minutes from Camden, AL). There will be a preview Saturday, January 13th from 10am-4pm. **Auction Note - There is a house located on the property near the waters edge of the creek. The house has been damaged by a fallen tree. The house is not habitable at this time. The boat house is next to the house and it had no visual damage from the tree that fell onto the house. There is a 35' x 50' equipment shed on property as well.
The bidders need to be aware that we are selling this 37 +/- acre tract of property in an "As is - Where is" condition. Buyer is buying this property in that manner. "As is - Where is" includes all the property and all the structures on the property. The buyers should avail themselves the oppurtunity to inspect the property.
