All bidders must comply with all of our rules and regulations for each auction in order to particiate in our auctions. As always, your winning bid is not contignent on you obtaining financing. Bidder/Buyer must pay in full for all properties or items purchased in time alotted.

** Bidder protection is on all auction listings. If a bid is placed within the last 10 minutes of auction, a 10 minute extention is added to the listing. Therefore, there is no need in waiting until the last few minutes and try to "snipe" the listing.
