This auction is for the unit located at 115 Apple Lane in Tri-Star Estates, located in Bourbonnais, Illinois. Winning bidder should contact our office upon close of auction for payment procedures.

• - Bidders are responsible for verifying the information and condition of each unit
• - There is a 10% buyers fee on each unit.  Winning bid + 10% buyers fee = total price
• - No sales tax will be charged
• - All taxes on the homes are current and each home has a clear title. 
• - Once the buyer is notified that they were the winning bidder, they will have 24 hours to wire payment in full.
• - Buyer will have 30 days from the date the auction ends (when we receive payment), to remove the unit before being charged lot rent.
• - When you bid your max the current bid price doesn't automatically go to your max bid.  Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified.  This auction has what is called a sniper protection feature.  If any bids are placed within the last 10 minutes of the auction, the bidding will extend for 10 minutes. The bidding will extend in 10 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids, and the lot sits idle for 10 minutes.
